Note:
We can include 1/4 all beef hot dogs as another choice with any option at no additional charge. Plates, forks, knives, spoons, and napkins are included with either menu option. Here are a few things to know:
Staff arrival is 30 minutes prior to desired serve time to begin set up –subject to change depending on guest count and location, more time may be needed depending on event location. Additional time may be added and billed to accommodate if necessary.
• Additional grills may be required and billed depending on guest count and required serve time. Typically for 175 guests or more, two grills are necessary
• We cook onsite for 1 ½ hours (more time may be added at $20 per staff member per additional 30 minutes)
• We use our own grill and will bring a tent and light if needed
• We provide our own 6ft tables with table covering for prep and serving
• A credit card number, and signed contract is required to secure your date, we do not charge until after your event
• Your final guest count will be required at least 3 days prior to your event date. The event cost based on this guest count total will be the minimum amount billed. Additional charges may be added after your event for additional guests, burgers and/or time.
We have a $500.00 food cost minimum for booking.

Cancellation Policy:
You must cancel 21 days prior to your event date to avoid a cancellation penalty of $100.00. The cancellation fee will be 25% of the Base Amount if the cancellation is made within 7 days of the scheduled event. The cancellation fee will be 50% of the Base Amount if the cancellation is made day of the event.
